To give you an idea of what you are getting yourself into, let me fill you in on a few things. Faith, family, and friends are my favorite things to talk about. Especially my daughter, Alyssa Lee, and dog, Captain Jack Sparrow. I’d have to add that education, community, FUN, football, horses, mountains, lakes and oceans, and the arts (music, movies, literary works, etc.) are also things that God uses to feed my soul. So these things fill the stories that you’ll find here. You could say these are the key ingredients God uses to help me mix up my own batch of sweet lemonade.

If you like these topics, my prayer is that He will use them to sweeten your life, too! So just kick back in the most comfortable chair you can find, grab a nice glass of sweet tea (or a yummy caramel mocha latte if you prefer), bring along a small box of tissues for an occasional tear or two… and enjoy my thoughts and memories as I share how special people have influenced my life by the seeds they planted along the way.
